Real piece of work. He is really energetic and yet also aggressive in his mansplaining. As a woman and the “breadwinner” in Texas. He pretty much told me I was screwed and was plainly bias. Do not recommend. Find another mediator.
Randall Alwais is a piece of work. Spoke fast during mediation, unusually faster during arbitration like he was trying to obfuscate/prevent me from taking notes. Pay attention to his body language! Says one thing but body language/non verbals say the opposite. Refused to provide finding of facts and conclusions when he makes decisions. Randall is also a Texas Family Law Foundation lifetime member, TFLF opposes equal, shared parenting. TFLF lobbied against the recent equal shared parenting bills this past session!
Amazing mediator. He has an excellent reputation, I'm shocked to see any negative reviews on here. I'm sure its just hard to make some people happy when they are going thru a bad situation.

Make sure you have an attorney present or someone familiar with law this guy can be misleading in some things he will say sought out more litigation after my mediation found some things he said about the courts to be false. DO NOT ATTEND WITHOUT REPRESENTATION
