Our child has been at KinderCare now for a couple years and our experience has been absolutely the best we could have hoped for and more. We always appreciate the consist updates on how her day is going and what activities she is doing through the app and enjoy the pictures they send to us throughout the day. Our child has definitely grown and learned much more than we ever could have thought. We can’t express our gratitude for the teachers and management here. They are always very thoughtful, caring, and responsive.
We recently used Alvarado KinderCare for a week of backup care for our toddler, and unfortunately, it was a highly distressing and disappointing experience. From the first few days, we noticed several red flags. This daycare seems well‑run in many ways, but there is a constant beep coming from the building that is very loud and annoying for neighbors. The noise is continuous and disruptive, especially during the day and early evening. It would be great if the staff could look into what is causing the beeping and try to reduce or fix it so it is less bothersome for nearby homes and families.
Our daughter has been at KinderCare Alvarado for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier. We initially worried about transitioning from a home-based daycare, fearing she might not receive the same individual attention—but those fears were quickly put to rest.
