They helped me today with getting my online banking working and was very polite and didn't rush me when trying to get it fix at the desk and answered my questions. Very glad I have changed banks very time I have had problems they worked it out and fixed it very professionally
Randomly keep shutting down my card. Always after hours or weekends. Then I have to call all over the green earth to get it back working
The Alva Branch at ASB is excellent. I can’t speak highly enough about Dala and Lexi as they are both excellent with customer service. Dala and Lexi stand out on so many levels and care about the customer interaction.
This bank has too have some of the most incompetent loan officers on earth! They actually have no idea how to perform their job. I’ve had to retain a lawyer to go after their fraudulent fees. I would NEVER recommend using this bank.
