Alura is a wonderful place! My mother-in-law lives there and receives excellent care. The staff is friendly and kind. The food is really good and plentiful: there are two entree choices daily, plus a list of staples that can be ordered anytime. So my 99 year old grandmother lives here. I haven’t seen her since the last home she stayed in. Such a difference. My grandmother had an entirely different spunk. David, Lisa, and Indra were the people I met and observed while being there for half a day. I had tears in my eyes knowing they actually cared about my grandmother. No phony gestures or such. My mom has been in Memory Care for about a year. Through all the ups and downs of her 97th year, the staff has treated her as family with the perfect balance of compassion, professionalism and joy. So thankful for Mary and Marcia who set the standard!

Mary Quinn is the person who makes Memory Care at Alura so wonderful. All the staff is great, but Mary is the one who holds it all together there. Her love and concern for the patients is very evident. We feel very blessed to have found such a special facility for my mother-in-law!
