I have been dealing with a concussion for the last 4 1/2 months. Nothing was helping. I was starting to lose hope when I was given an appointment with Nelofar. I won’t lie, I was very skeptical. Nelofar is an amazing Occupational therapy practitioner. I was referred to her, and while I didn’t understand occupational therapy could do for me, I was so impressed with Nelofar after one session. She taught me a variety of useful practical strategies to help me return to health, And to maintain it. She is kind, compassionate, understanding and super smart. I highly recommend her. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
Nelofar is a true practitioner of the profession with super-natural instincts. Expect her to be fully immersed in what you are dealing with, as if she herself is your inner voice. She won't give you solutions or to-do things. She will ask you questions that will prompt you to think in ways that will ultimately benefit you. I can say that for myself, and that it led me to a path of self discovery.
