Nelofar is a true practitioner of the profession with super-natural instincts. Expect her to be fully immersed in what you are dealing with, as if she herself is your inner voice. She won't give you solutions or to-do things. She will ask you questions that will prompt you to think in ways that will ultimately benefit you. I can say that for myself, and that it led me to a path of self discovery.

Nelofer is the one therapist I can really feel understood. She has taught me important day to day techniques that have helped me cope with my past trauma and stress anxiety. Everytime I leave her office i feel very relaxed and centred, I highly recommend her!
