Nelofar is an incredible OT. She has a whole body & mind approach and has valuable insights. She has an excellent understanding of how anatomy is connected in the body. She truly cares about her patients but will also tell you hard truths if necessary. I've been seeing Nelo for several years for chronic pain.
I have been dealing with a concussion for the last 4 1/2 months. Nothing was helping. I was starting to lose hope when I was given an appointment with Nelofar. I won’t lie, I was very skeptical. I had no idea that there was anything an OT could do to help me with my concussion. But, boy was I wrong. The first session we went over my normal routine. Nelofar is an amazing Occupational therapy practitioner. I was referred to her, and while I didn’t understand occupational therapy could do for me, I was so impressed with Nelofar after one session. She taught me a variety of useful practical strategies to help me return to health, And to maintain it. She is kind, compassionate, understanding and super smart. I highly recommend her. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
Nelofar is a true practitioner of the profession with super-natural instincts. Expect her to be fully immersed in what you are dealing with, as if she herself is your inner voice. She won't give you solutions or to-do things. She will ask you questions that will prompt you to think in ways that will ultimately benefit you. I can say that for myself, and that it led me to a path of self discovery.
