Purchased a barrel, action and a few other items. There was a minor error that they took care of it right away! Returned our phone calls and went above and beyond to fix the problem with speed. I ordered a scope mount online from Altus. They offered me a solid price. It turned out to be defective. Things happen, I was just looking for an exchange or a refund. I contacted them by both phone (left voicemail) and email and never received a response. I tried calling a few days later, someone finally picked up and put me on hold to speak to the boss.
