Sent in a older Defiance stainless steel action to have it nitrided. The guys at Altus gave me a quick turnaround on the job, which is top-notch. It's breathed new life into my action, which now looks and functions like brand new. Very professional group of people at this business. Love working with them!

I ordered a scope mount online from Altus. They offered me a solid price. It turned out to be defective. Things happen, I was just looking for an exchange or a refund. I contacted them by both phone (left voicemail) and email and never received a response. I tried calling a few days later, someone finally picked up and put me on hold to speak to the boss.
