I had such a great experience with Crystal at Altura at this branch. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping people. You can tell that she takes pride in her work and makes you feel valued and heard.Crystal went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly with my loan and took the time to answer my questions . She is a wonderful representation of what excellent customer service and leadership should look like.
I highly recommend Janet and Crystal! They are both incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. They truly take the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable with your experience at Altura. I really appreciate the care and kindness they provide with their service. You can tell they genuinely care about their members and take pride in what they do. Wonderful experience all around!
Crystal is very nice and very helpful in good at her job, very good customer service! Very personable and excellent service
Menifee Ca branch set up an international money transfer the transfer failed so they ask us to come in and do it again an error on there side. Went in did what they said used new money another $380.00 then the idiots sent both transfers. We lost $380 because of their stupidity and now they turn their backs on us. Edward Ogden
