Super quick and convenient. I went in to replace my debit card because I locked mine a year ago and never got a new card. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Jiho Park. I gave him my id and old card and verified my info. He told me I could choose a design for my debit card. Then he went to the back to print my new card and shred my old one. Whole process took maybe 5 minutes total and Jiho was very friendly and quick to help.
I went to Sun City, Altura Credit union today and I have to say what amazing job that Jiho and Crystal did! I feel so honored the way I was treated with honor, they made me feel special 🥰 thank u so much for your awesome customer service.
