I’ve conducted business at several of the Altura Credit Unions.I must say I’ve received the best customer service at the branch located inside Albertsons on Sunrise in Palm Springs. On a couple of visits, I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by Marla. She is knowledgable, friendly and respectful. I appreciate that Marla invites and answers questions without preconceived prejudice. She is valued by not only me but also members of my family. Thank you, Marla, for your awesome customer service.
Fast . Simple . They dont offer apys on Savings nor do they offer any credit services like fraud protection/ alerts but they did mention social security can help in regards to things like that .
On Wednesday April 29th, I stopped by a location I never visited before, in the Albertsons grocery store in Palm Springs ca. There was no line, service was quick and fast. The teller who helped me was Johana, she thanked me for coming in and she also told me about perks I didn't realize we're available being a member. Then she told me she was the branch manager, I must say she is a perfect example of excellence!
