I love the staff—they are always amazing! I especially want to give a big shoutout to the security guard. As soon as she saw me, she greeted me warmly and asked if I needed help. I had forgotten my glasses and felt too shy to ask for assistance with the ATM since I couldn’t clearly see the numbers. I kept apologizing, but she reassured me that it was completely okay. She kindly helped me withdraw my money and let me know that I could always come to her if I ever needed help again. I’m glad altura has these type of people!
If this can have zero ratings i would. The security “lady” is the worst. She harasses the customers. She literally chased my mom all the way to cardenas forcing her to tell her which car she was on because there was a car who parked in the Altura 20 minute parking which it wasn’t us. Although she is security she needs to have customer service in which she has absolutely none she thinks she’s tuff just because she’s in her little uniform.
Stephanie knows how to treat you like a VIP. wonderful staff service's and ensures all yoir needs are met. this is the bank to go to!!!
