Jenny Emilio Carly every single person I have done with having a bank almost daily. These people are amazing. They have opened their doors when they was already closed. They have printed out paperwork. They have guiding me on questions. They have been of service and have always been very warm and welcoming like a family. They are very new so get the word out if you wanna bank with the credit union Altura is the way to go and if you’re looking for great people, Eastville location
Impossible to get a hold of anyone. They don’t even post their call center hours. If you want to be a bank, BE ACCESSIBLE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
Opened an account and man it was fast, easy, and painless...was in an out in 30 min with a debit card with my name on it ..not a temporary one.....Shout out to Emilio who opened my account...👍👍👍👍👍 Went again with a problem for a fraudulent purchases on my card....Miss Lovely Jennifer help and got a new card new account in 15 min ...awesome Lady awesome bank!!!
