You need to train your tellers better. I came to deposit my check this morning and the girl behind the desk tells me “you need to contact your maker, unfortunately we cannot take your check at this time.” Im like “what do you mean maker?” Im confused like you want me to contact God? Want me to pray for my check to go thru? 🤦🏻♂️ I immediately spoke to my employer and deposited my check thru my mobile app without any problems. Maybe give your tellers fresh coffee every morning!

Unfortunately, I left a little upset and very disappointed. I went in, and one of the tellers asked me if she could help me. I clearly said I was wanting to sit and speak with someone about opening an account (opening a business account is a big financial decision which is why I had many questions and wanted to make sure I made the right choice).
