I have visited this branch a few times and all of the employees have ever interacted with have always been so helpful and kind. I have recently revisite this branch only to be helped by a new face who also claims to be a supervisor. I deposited a check that was placed on unnecessary hold and only because this individual judge me by my appearance. A Teller asked me to wait Ten minutes for paperwork. She said she would call me to her desk. The same Teller immediately helps someone else open an account. So i walked out. Very unprofessional. If she wasn't going to help me. She could've just said that. She could've said "One of us will call you when the paperwork is ready". Instead she said that she would call me to her desk then proceeded to help someone else with a process that takes at least thirty minutes. ....Yes i waited the Ten minutes.
