This bank is horrible! We closed our accounts after a short period with them, as they have been nothing but problems, denying transactions when the money there, blocking my card without notice, allowing withdrawls on frozen cards and the list goes on, ontop of it all they can't even keep your account accurate. One minute it says a amount - never use the card for days nothing pending - then it go up so you use that money then it drops and now you're negative. Not a reliable bank at all!

Edit reading lower reviews thr confidential information being shared of others accounts I am now considering reporting them to NCUA. That is not ok. Wow! I for sure made the right call to leave this people asap Worst bank ever. My sister closed hers last year should have been my red flag. My mom closed hers also & now I did just after only having them a month. Is a 5 year kid running it? Horrible and can't be trusted
