the newest bill pay version sucks. it is not user friendly and the app does not let you make changes. it takes 20 steps to make changes. I hate it and will leave over this.
Tried to make a payment on my Altura credit card. the payments were credited to my old Visterra card even though that account was cancelled. When I called to try and straighten it out, I was told that I would have to come in and personnaly cancel the account. Thats exactually what I did when I switched cards. Then I was charges a penalty because of Altura's error. Now I make a payment and no one can find it. Yes it was deducted from my account but no one can tell me what happened. I have been going to Altura Credit Union lately for several reasons and everyone there is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable but my favorite is ISAURA FERNANDEZ always helps and answers all my questions, will definitely keep going to her when I need something or have any questions, Thank You Isaura Fernandez
What a joke. Poor, slow customer service and incompetence reign supreme here. Not recommended for anything other than instilling frustration and rage.
