Won't let me do a name change to my account I've had here since I was 15.5 due to marriage with all supporting documentation including certified marriage cert., social security paperwork, CA DMV paperwork etc without my husband here even though it's been MY account since I was 15.5 and all I want to do is change my last name to HIS and my address to HIS which is all ON FILE. This is just a silly system considering his name and signature is on marriage cert authorizing my name change!
