We have been a member of the Visterra which merged with Altura since the 1990s but for some reason our deposits are still subject to 2 or more day "Holds". We in the past went to Moreno Valley Cactus branch of Visterra where we were given outstanding service by several staff that know us. The Riverside University branch whether through high turn over or management decisions has often asked me to remove my hat or cap while others in the branch have their hat or cap on.
