I had my TKR surgery for the left knee one and a half year back, and for the right knee 3 months back. In both instances I had the recommended physiotherapy sessions post surgery. I have had the best experience there for booking the sessions, the physiotherapists there are highly professional, well experienced, knowledgeable and polite. The treatment was excellent and my recovery has been great.
Very knowledgeable professional staff that really care and are welcoming. Altum helped me through a tough patch in my life and will not hesitate to revisit them in the future for other needs.
I had a comprehensive exam appointment scheduled for 10:30 am, was told to arrive at 10 am. An hour later I'm still waiting to be called in to start my 90 minute appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous 🙄, absolutely disgusting to schedule an appointment and then make the patient wait over an hour.
Very grateful to the team at UHN Ajax and Oshawa. I had knee surgery and had the best treatment for my recovery in physio therapy. These people genuinely care about you and your progress. 100% recommend. Thank you Lino, Bayleigh, Joseph and front office staff, you are all amazing!
After a total knee replacement I was very pleased that I chose Altum Health Ajax. Exercises were reviewed weekly and adjusted as I progressed Thank you to Lino and Amy for their knowledge and encouragement .
