I have been treated at Altum Health Ajax for a few issues over the last 3 years. The receptionists are very friendly. (That means a lot to me). The physiotherapists are very knowledgeable. They don't just treat the issue. They dive deeper to explain the root of the issue, and the treatment that is recommended includes lifestyle changes. Bonus! Thank you Jade and Amy.
The entire staff were extremely supportive of not one but 2 of my at work injuries. All the specialists involved especially jade and Rob, worked tirelessly to help me get back in shape and ready to work again!! Highly recommended. P.s. the staff behind the front desk are also top notch and very efficient.
I came back to Altum Health after my second total knee replacement. My first experience was so positive that it was an easy decision to comeback. Sarah and Rob listened carefully to my concerns and adjusted my exercises weekly to meet my changing needs. They were encouraging and supportive and I appreciate their care.
They are kind and courteous. Very knowledgeable and are able to adjust quickly. Take home sheets to reinforce the sessions. Supportive and encouraging. Great service and aftercare.
