Have been a customer for many years. Went in to purchase echo nano pro. Took it home and the coil burnt. Almost made me puke. So I took it back same day and they said they couldn't switch out the coil. I had to buy a 2 new pods. They don't back up there product. Maybe I am being petty but I can't afford this in these times. This a big chain they can afford it. I won't be back again.
Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great store with awesome selection. Highly recommend this place.
Ben displayed the greatest customer service I’ve ever received. The amount of product knowledge. He is very personable. Alt smoke definitely needs to give this man a raise. He has converted me into a long time customer!!!
This my spot for my vape needs. The manager and all the staff are my peoples. Very cool group. Never had anything but a pleasant experience. They have any and everything you could need. Wouldn't go anywhere else
