I am an infrequent visitor to Sequim. I have a medical issue that achieves relief with massage. If you are in the area and need specialized LMT help - Jen is wicked knowledgeable and capable in her practice. I would recommend her to anyone whether it be pain management or relaxation- she has the ability to help you feels better!
I have been seeing Jen for years! I appreciate that not only is she talented and knowledgeable about massage therapy and the body, but that I can be at complete peace when in a session. Jen is great at communicating and making sure that you are getting what you need, like adjusting pressure, what part of the body needs to be worked on, etc. I highly recommend Jen for your next massage.
My husband and I have been seeing Jen at Altruistic Massage for over 6months now. I work in and office setting and my husband is a firefighter. Jen is ridiculously talented; she utilizes various techniques (cupping, hot stone, deep tissue...) and is able to address issues we're experiencing despite our varied standard tasks/movements. Love my massages with Jen! She just has that intuitive touch and gets all the right places! Great pressure and flow. Always feel so good afterwards! Highly recommend her.
Professional, thorough, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Jen has helped me with chronic pain/problem areas as well as done sports massage for my young athlete son. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so as long as she's in practice!
