Jen is amazing! I have seen her a few times some just for relaxing and some for pain. One time I came to her not really being able to walk because my back was out and by the next day I was almost back to new. She asked all the right questions and new exactly what to do! I will definitely be going back! Thanks Jen!
My husband and I have been seeing Jen at Altruistic Massage for over 6months now. I work in and office setting and my husband is a firefighter. Jen is ridiculously talented; she utilizes various techniques (cupping, hot stone, deep tissue...) and is able to address issues we're experiencing despite our varied standard tasks/movements. Professional, thorough, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Jen has helped me with chronic pain/problem areas as well as done sports massage for my young athlete son. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so as long as she's in practice!

Jen has a wonderfully deep style (which is was exactly what I was looking for). I love the way she always goes back to the areas that received the deep work and “smooths it out”. She doesn’t just do the work without putting you back together afterwards! I always appreciate when a therapist listens to what I need and delivers.
