Bank asked me to have 2 years of my taxes filed to get approved for student loan funding. When I came to Altruistic Accounting, I had 8 years of unfiled taxes! I was worried that I would owe the CRA money, but when they prepared my returns I had over $9,000 of retroactive benefits and tax refunds!! It was incredibly reliving to simultaneously get approved for student loan financing and get a huge refund too! They are also incredibly genuine people and I really hit it off with their staff! Thank you so much!!
Altruistic Accounting helped me file my taxes quickly and effectively without having to deal with confusion. Not only they showed me my final amount I would be getting back, but they also showed me how I got to these numbers and a little bit about reasons as to why it would lower. I highly recommend this firm as the are passionate of their work and aren't just trying to take your money. They value and care about the client/employee relationship. 10/10 will come back next year. They walk you through every part of your tax return step by step and make sure that you’re getting as many deductions as possible, all without wasting your time. Highly recommended!
Extremely poor communication and the worst customer service. Hussain is arrogant and condescending (especially to women), and won’t get back to clients or give copies of tax returns before or after payment. Hussain is unprofessional, inefficient, and has no integrity. He even wasted my precious time asking for business advice which I provided complimentary and he clearly didn’t listen to anything I had to say if this is how he runs his “business”.
