I cant recommend Natalie highly enough. I was very sceptical initially, but started seeing the weight drop a few weeks in and I havnt looked back, 8kg down and I now have the mental tools to keep going. Natalie is wonderful, easy to talk with and has made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
A pleasant surprise! Natalie used the deep trance meditation machine on me and was an incredibly euphoric experience, left feeling like a weight was off my shoulders. Looking forward to my next visit

I had an appointment with Altramind hypnotherapy. I had a 60 minute light work s Session under an awesome light . It flashed in sequence to my music and gave me a deep relaxing centring experience. The lights sequence creating a very trippy mind alterning experience visually and afterwards felt like I had been lifted and floating. I feel like my cells all through my body were rejuvenated.
