Natalie at Altramind hypnotherapy, is kind , caring and knows her stuff. She gently guides you through whatever path you need taking after a get to know you introduction. She designs each appointment to cater to your needs and makes sure you are happy and understanding along the way. I would highly recommend her if you are considering any type of hypnotherapy she has a beautiful gift to share.
In February this year, I experienced hypnotherapy for the second time in my life. It has been something that I have wanted for decades and always left disappointed/let down by other psych-professionals. Natalie is brilliant. She regressed me to early childhood, just as I had asked during our counselling session. The effects are still playing out and my healing continues. I cant recommend Natalie highly enough. I was very sceptical initially, but started seeing the weight drop a few weeks in and I havnt looked back, 8kg down and I now have the mental tools to keep going. Natalie is wonderful, easy to talk with and has made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
