I have banked there for years..and I have had my kids' account there too. Totally disappointed in the treatment of my teenage daughter today, who came in for help. The ATM machine gliched last night and didn't deposit her money. She was not exactly sure how much she had deposited. She went in the bank, by herself today to get help and got a condescending tone and felt belittled. I hope to God that none of you ladies in there have teens that are ever treated that way. Continually find the staff to be obtrusive and unprofessional. They are always gossiping when I arrive. I always try to get the middle teller who is always friendly (I think her name is Lisa). The staff should take customer service skills training from this woman. This bank is lucky to have her.
