I’ve had very mixed experiences with this bank’s branches. I frequently visit the Brighton location, but I’ve found it increasingly frustrating because the doors are often locked during posted business hours. It’s a gamble every time I go. Because of this, I’ve started driving out to the Alton location instead. The experience there is night and day thanks to the manager, Sonya.
