I went down there a year ago had them fill out tax paperwork for me for the county. I called the county yesterday to see where I was at in standings on it And they never even turned it in. Now the escrow for my house is all messed up because they didn't do their job and turn in tax paperwork to the county.
I always have a good experience when visiting the office. Cheryl is always helpful and helps me get every deduction I have coming on my property taxes and does so in such a pleasant manner. Extremely polite and I can tell she loves helping us seniors. Thank you Cheryl.
Exceptional and very courteous!
Cheryl was so friendly and helpful. She tried to get my assessment done before the deadline even though I came in late.
