Very friendly attendant and lots of brochures.
Since the visitor center refuses to take cash , I will no longer buy merchandise there.
The visitors center is nicely located and easy to find in Alton. The lady at the desk gave us detailed information on where to locate Eagles' nests, making our visit much easier. She was knowledgeable and kind. The building was clean and well stocked with information pamphlets and souvenirs in all prices. This should be your first stop when you come to town.
