The streets look like they’ve been carpet bombed, the police are ineffective, the government can’t get anything done and now the mayor and city council are suing each other, yards and neighborhoods are covered with illegally parked cars, debris, dilapidated homes, overgrown lots, and 30 mph neighborhoods that are treated like race tracks. Good luck but get out now!
