I was with Altogether for years with both my personal taxes and my business bookkeeping and accounting services. The company was bought out and has gone downhill rapidly ever since. I left earlier this year after the rates doubled, and also because I caught some double billing mistakes. I had a wonderful bookkeeper that I worked closely with for years and they got rid of her late last year. I did not have a good experience with this company this year and am very dissapointed. I have been with them almost 7 years and was not aware that they sold a couple of years ago. The person that was my tax preparer was helpful in some things that I didn't understand but they forgot 2 items that I had specifically mentioned in my notes.
