What an amazing experience! Not only did I get 5 star service and over the top knowledge about hot tubs, but the store is FUN! Great place and a must see….and I will be back!

I first visited the store a little over 5 years ago when I was shopping for a hot tub. While visiting Altman's, they explained to me that there are risks with buying tubs elsewhere because replacement parts are hard to come by, repairs can be difficult, and the general poor workmanship /build quality. Honestly, my wife and I chalked that up to nothing more than a sales pitch and ultimately decided to buy what we thought was a more attractive hot tub from another retailer. Altman's has been amazing!!! We had a leak in our hot tub, while not only providing us with the proper products and instructions, they proceeded to give us a call to check up!!! Also, when panel screws went missing, due to my old age and not remembering where I put them, they graciously gave a new panel fasteners. We will continue to do business there every time. Great business and great people.
