Had a railing bumper recovered. Put a fold on the edge of the rail. Said he didn't know how else to do it. Showed him a video that there's not a fold on my entire table. Charged me 200 cash. 220 if I wrote a check or did CC. Will take it to someone else and have it done right
I went in with a one off request for a barstool. They were super helpful and even modified the barstool the way I wanted it. I'll be going back!
I delivered a load there chked in with Bob and he had his guys and him self come out and unload me asap. Everyone one I talked to was very friendly
Couldn’t be happier with the work from Altman’s Billiards. They installed and refelted my old pool table and treated it like a brand‑new build. Perfect leveling, clean work, and the new felt looks amazing. Excellent service from start to finish.
Me and my buddies were in Bloomington and we stumbled across Altmans. At first we weren't too sure about it. It's a different kind of vibe in there but we started to walk around and saw that they have some pretty neat stuff and really competitive prices. It was just another store though until the owners started talking to us. You could tell that they were ready to try and give us the moon if it's what we needed. Every store can have nice stuff but customer service is rare these days and I'd go to Altmans before anywhere else... read more
