Couldn’t be happier with the work from Altman’s Billiards. They installed and refelted my old pool table and treated it like a brand‑new build. Perfect leveling, clean work, and the new felt looks amazing. Excellent service from start to finish.
Me and my buddies were in Bloomington and we stumbled across Altmans. At first we weren't too sure about it. It's a different kind of vibe in there but we started to walk around and saw that they have some pretty neat stuff and really competitive prices. It was just another store though until the owners started talking to us. You could tell that they were ready to try and give us the moon if it's what we needed. Altman’s has gone above and beyond with their customer service yet again! Super impressed, highly recommend! During the cold snap my hot tub I had purchased from them stopped heating, I was very worried about pipes freezing. The owner came to my house personally and fixed the hot tub on a Friday night! You can’t tell me any other store in town would offer that type of service…outstanding!
Bob is a genuine and generous man. His store offers quality merchandise. I highly recommend checking out Bob, his staff, and his store. We love the products we have purchased and get lots of compliments on them.
The owner was great to work with! Got 5 barstool for our island at a great price, would highly recommend!
