Worked for this company for 3 years. 1 year over the road and 2 local. First trucking job out of cdl school so I didn’t expect to get paid a lot but they literally pay the lowest they can. They claim to be a family atmosphere however completely false, have there favorite drivers they show favor over others and if you don’t drive your butt off expect to get a lecture about not working enough. I Talk to a driver and he was rude as hell. He Probably never been hit in the mouth before. These young folks these days got a lot of learning to do. I think its a reflection on his employer.
Pretty decent size fleet, good equipment, very family oriented, all the equipment is fairly new they mainly run the East Coast, but I would do a lot of runs to Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin. I really enjoyed my time here. This is by far one of the best companies to get started with learn the industry.
