Mariah is an amazing trainer, who truly cares about you and has helped me train my mental and physical strength. She has worked with me building strength for volleyball and creating speciality workouts for my sport and my physical abilities. She also helps perfect form and really encourages you throughout your strength training. Very much recommended to anyone looking for small session training.
I have been doing sport specific strength training with Mariah for six weeks now and I am so impressed! I have seen such amazing results in my playing ability and my strength overall! Mariah has helped boost my confidence and feel comfortable in a gym setting, her constant encouragement has let me learn more about my body and grow both mentally and physically! I can’t wait to continue my sessions and to build my strength more!
I love this place! Mariah is an amazing PT who has truly helped me grow not just in strength, but as a person too. She pushes you to be your best while still supporting you every step of the way. I really appreciate how she focuses not only on the workouts themselves, but also on making sure your form is correct so you get the most out of every session. I highly recommend this place!
