I was visiting Banff for the weekend and needed to see a therapist for persistent glute and nerve pain. I’m so glad I found Altitude Physiotherapy and Leah Forrestall. Leah took the time to really listen to my injury history and clearly understood the root cause of what was going on. She did some assessments and dry needling, which gave me almost immediate, or at least very reassuring, relief.
