They say they’ll get back to you. Never do. A lawyer who doesn’t communicate one way or the other isn’t going to adequately help you.
Excellent firm. Ken Neuman is a great litigator that you want to put before the jury and Matt Smith hands down is the best brief writer I've ever worked with. For MI these are the go to guys.
What a great experience to put it bluntly! Nobody wants to retain an attorney but if you have to this law firm, specifically David Mallicone and Nick Swider are amazing! I had a really uncomfortable situation and they handled it with ease and confidence. Their communication was beyond impeccable, not once did I wonder what was happening and their knowledge brought perfect closure to an ugly situation.
