The office team is very kind and the doctor is exceptional. By the end of the conversation though I felt like I’d been massaged into a sales call or a bait and switch. I found them via Facebook and they were offering a $47 special. They see new patients on Tuesday and Wednesday so I’ll make an appointment and everything is wonderful. They sent me down. When I went in to Althoff Wellness Clinic in Cheyenne I could barely walk two feet without having to stop and sit. After my treatments I can walk and ride my exercise bike and have my enjoyment for life back. The staff in Cheyenne are amazing and so caring. I would recommend that if you are having back issues, that you go in and get an evaluation and see where it will lead you.
I was on a path of losing my mobility and likely some toes. Neuropathy has plagued me for years. The past five years have been the worst. I have been in treatment a little over a month now. This practice goes above and beyond to make the patient feel welcome and valued. Their expertise seems very good. They have responded to my needs quite well.
Be careful when using this clinic, be sure to read and understand any documents you sign. If you sign up for their plan you are told you have three days to change your mind. They give you the equipment and the nutrients, but if you change your mind you can return the equipment, but you cannot return the nutrients, you will be charged for the nutrients even though you haven't opened or used any of them.
