Response to Owner: I have ordered from this company several times without any issues. You sent me an email with a 20% off code. The code was invalid, and when I reached out to ask about it, nobody responded. I never spoke to anyone. No questions were answered. Terrible customer service. Had some issues with Alteya. I sent an email to which I got no reply. I called and left a voicemail to which I got no reply. I sent a second email. Derek Howard replied to the email and asked me for my phone number. I replied immediately and gave him my phone number, but never heard anything from him.
