I ordered and received a bottle of rose absolute essential oil after searching for it online. I am careful to only buy from reputable companies for this type of product and I was not disappointed. The oil is very high quality and was offered at an excellent price...the best value I could find. It came very nicely packaged and the shipping was really fast. I'm impressed. Great product and experience. I'll order again.

Response to Owner: I have ordered from this company several times without any issues. You sent me an email with a 20% off code. The code was invalid, and when I reached out to ask about it, nobody responded. I never spoke to anyone. No questions were answered. There was no return process because there was no order placed because no one from customer service would respond to me. Terrible customer service. Had some issues with Alteya. I sent an email to which I got no reply. I called and left a voicemail to which I got no reply. I sent a second email. Derek Howard replied to the email and asked me for my phone number. I replied immediately and gave him my phone number, but never heard anything from him.
