My psychiatrist got rid of me because I had a relapse. She refused to continue to work with me and prescribe me my medication. Absolutely ridiculous.
First, let me say I have, and continue to, be extremely satisfied with the level of care and attention provided to me at Alternative Paths in Medina, specifically by Dr. Ryan Bednar! He has been a breath of fresh air, to say the least!! I am an artist, am autistic and I have ADHD. I require certain medications in order to function normally that can only be prescribed one month at a time, to the day. Needless to say, Dr. Ryan has been exceptionally understanding of my needs. This facility is outstanding!! They have helped me from the beginning! Dr. Theresa Roberts is the best! Very understanding and supportive!!!
If i could give negative I would. The only redeeming quality is the staff who gets you checked in. I had been coming here for over ten years. When I had an issue with my doctor they refuse to let me change who I see (even if I had never requested this before). And then my counselor i had been seeing for two or three months quit and I had to wait three months to here back about getting a replacement. Trust me just try online. I got connected with a new doctor and counselor in less then a month.. These people are really awful ... read more
