10 on 10 experience coming here. The owner and staff makes sure you get the right equipment for your needs, aren't pushy and have a few pricing tiers for your budget. A true island gem. Got my wife and I's ski and snowboard gear here, and will be back from more paddleboard and surfing goods. Highly recommend.
Love these guys, they never let me down. Tday an employee was ill but my skis were still done in time. I appreciate this work ethic very very much. Stick with ur local businesses, Nanaimo n Vancouver Island. These guys do not disappoint.
Went in to buy step on binding and the owner took the time to measure my foot and fitted me even though I didn’t needed boot. He wanted to make sure I picked the right boot size and took the time to explain everything. Learned lot. Didn’t know I was wearing the wrong size the last 20+ year lol. Highly recommend this place! Will be back to buy more gears in the future.
For some reason they were closed at 7:00 on a Friday — website and door says that they should be open until 8:00 really disappointed with the business advertising different hours than posted…
