Andy at Alternative Earth Care is just incredibly accommodating, kind and very professional. As a business owner myself, I find it very difficult to find small businesses who offer very personalized service to its customers. I had an issue with a spray that was done on a rainy day, and Andy immediately rescheduled my service and even gave me a $50 credit off my bill, which was not necessary, but extremely kind and considerate.
