I have been to ABC Physical Therapy twice for 2 different issues over the last 2-3 years and they have been helpful each time. Dustin is very knowledgeable and patient and has great skills as a PT. I agree with other reviews that his dry needling has been a game changer for my more bothersome chronic shoulder tightness and pain. It really is the thing that has made the most difference in the last year, and Dustin is very skilled and has great technique, highly recommend!
Taking hwy 16 East towards Tacoma, Wa, take the Olympic drive exit. MAKE A RIGHT AT LIGHT, GO TO PT. FOSDICK DR. MAKE A RIGHT AT LIGHT. FOLLOW THE STREET TO ADDRESS. (THE STREET WILL CHANGE TO 56TH ST.) 56TH ST. PLAZA WILL BE ON YOUR RIGHT HAND SIDE. YOU WILL HAVE TO GO SLOW TO TURN INTO DRIVE WAY. Parking is tight for large cars and pickup trucks.
I just had ABC's dry needling therapy on my lower back and it was an absolute game changer. I have been coming here for lower back pain (as well as knee and foot pain occasionally) and have always had amazing results. Yesterday was my first experience with the dry needling therapy and it was able to release muscles and provide mobility in my lower back that I have not had in years. I can't say enough good things about ABC. For years I had chronic back pain and threw my back out every six months or more, had back spasms, and was generally in pain. Since I started going to ABC I have not injured my back once and my pain is basically non-existent--it has been three and a half years now. I also used to run in college, injured my knees, and was told I should stop running for the rest of my life.
