Retired veteran and wonderful man. He reminds me of my dad! Gruff and no nonsense who will be honest with you about the situation. I would recommend him to everyone! Loved meeting Thomas!
Tom was an awesome guy, very knowledgeable and saved the day for 9 women from Arkansas! He was honest and worked hard to get 7s back to our trip!
Tom was great! Helped me out in an emergency. Needed my car repaired in a pinch and he did it in a day. Got me back on the road in time to make a 14 hour drive back to MN on schedule. Yes, he is gruff but also a straight shooter. He gets the job done. Excellent service!
Tom saved the day! We were at a campsite nearby when our Jeep Grand Cherokee just DIED as we were pulling out to go to a trailhead. We deducted that we needed a new alternator and battery. In calling around to various shops on a Saturday at 1pm, everyone was closed. When we called ARS, Tom answered! Although they were officially closed , Tom listened to our issue and offered to help us even though it was his time off from work!
