I was recommended Farhana through a friend after suffering with abdominal pain which felt like my belly button had moved like it had many years ago. I've had 2 sessions and the treatment made a difference immediately after the first session. My pain was gone instantly and Farhana advised it was a long term situation. The abdominal treatment has been fantastic, Farahana is professional..it's a clean..calming welcoming clinic and I can't ant recommend enough. It's made the world of difference to me. Thank you!

I came to Alternate Relief asking for a back massage after having my 2 kids only a year apart, but her assessment when I arrived told me it was diastasis recti and recommended abdominal massage instead to rectify my back pain. I'm very glad I agreed because after 4 sessions the gap in my stomach muscles is almost gone and my back pain has greatly improved. Great service, really good selection of treatments that are used depending on your personal circumstances. Having tried various different treatments, I went to alternate relief and after months of pain I’m finally able to walk again! Would highly recommend to everybody
