PLEASE READ!!! First service went great 2 years ago. They did a tune up in about 40 mins. Everything went smooth and the gentleman clearly knew the unit. Fast forward one year, no additional hours on the unit except the weekly check and i booked my annual maintenance. The tech comes and is at the house for almost three hours. Three times he mentioned he doesn’t deal with these units. He only deals with the big commercial units. ever since I hired Alternate Power Solutions to install a home standby generator for my family we enjoy not loosing power anymore. They come to service it every year just to keep it running so that we will have the power when the power goes out from what ever. A few days ago i received an email from them saying that my battery was 4 1/2 years old and I should be thinking about replacing it...and in a couple of days I called them up and they said they will be over to change the battery in the afternoon.
