I seeked help from alterncare because I was struggling with gut issues, food sensitivities, psoriasis and much more. I restricted myself from food trying to figure out what was triggering my psoriasis and gut issues. I felt awful and my bowels were very slow. Since starting the treatment I’m having a bowel movement every day! My psoriasis has improved greatly and for the first time ever no pain medication when I had my menstrual cycle!! That really amazed me! Still more to heal but I know I’m on the right path!
