Great spot to deal with !
I have been a customer for over 20 years and have accounts at several other "big" banks. Alterna in Pembroke is the best by far; for polite, knowledgeable, informative service. And I include every single person working there. I recommend this Branch without any reservations and often recommend it to people dissatisifed with their own banks. I tell them to open an account here and they will never regret it. Keep up the excellent work, all you great people.
The day I went in to discuss payments, Ken was very snobbish and unprofessional, very unacceptable behavior at a bank!
