I do my business banking here. Very friendly and it is nice to be known by everyone at the bank. I enjoy going there to do my business.
Visited this branch when I visited Wardsville. The service was amazing and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.
I was recommended to apply here for a mortgage. I applied and was asked to list my bills, rent, etc. as I did without an issue. For an unknown reason this bank decided to put my bills as an outstanding debt on my credit report ruining my credit rating for a year until I was able to successfully disputed and have it removed. Then after denying my mortgage wanted me to come to the bank to apply for emergency group home housing. Terrible service, terrible costly mistakes. Avoid this business entirely.
