Very thorough and efficient process.
We initially signed a 3-year mortgage with Alterna Savings in 2023, but chose to go elsewhere upon renewal this year to secure better rates. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward account closure turned into a frustrating, drawn-out experience that confirmed we made the right decision to leave.
