I am from the UK and was the Banks Street Branch to deal with my deceased Dad's affairs. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional member of staff. Using a tone of voice as if I don't understand and almost felt like she was questioning my intelligence. I had the authority to deal with my Dad's affairs and I live in the western world and am fully aware of what Banks should be able to provide. Thank God my Dad's account had been closed.
