The service I receive at the Alterna Bank On Merivale Rd. is excellent, knowledgeable, efficient and very meticulous with detail. I do have my favourite Teller.
I wanted to open an account with Alterna since the big five banks fund fossil fuels. When I went they kept pairing me with someone who didn’t even know how to open an account…My experience is a few years old but it left feeling very frustrated as I wasted money and time and got no result.
