Met with an investor re: an rrsp and was told when we got there that we could not cash it out because it was locked. They knew that before the meeting, why go through with the meeting if they knew already? Very snotty associate as well.

I had a wonderful and positive experience at Alterna Savings today. First Frank Tefft recognized and greeted me even though it was our first meeting. Then the service I received from Natalie Desjardins is one that I must sing and dance about. Yes, a bank!!!
