I needed additional copies of previous forms, and when I called and spoke on the phone with them they cited me a value for the service as a total price for the transaction. However, I was charged for each form, triple the price of what I was quoted over the phone. I asked multiple times for confirmation of the total price, and never once was I told this was the price for each. Muy mala experiencia. La asesoría de impuestos es pésima. Lo sientan a uno en la oficina y empiezan a hacer todo entre dos personas a toda velocidad, sin explicar nada ni tomarse el tiempo de orientar bien. Uno queda ahí sin entender el proceso y sin recibir una asesoría profesional. La recepcionista tiene una actitud pésima y siempre está mal encarada, tanto por teléfono como en persona.
