Muy mala experiencia. La asesoría de impuestos es pésima. Lo sientan a uno en la oficina y empiezan a hacer todo entre dos personas a toda velocidad, sin explicar nada ni tomarse el tiempo de orientar bien. I found these weird squid people while here, they were somewhat friendly though.
We didn’t like how the receptionist treated us and every time we asked to talk to tax lady to ask her questions the receptionist never let us, she would raise her voice. She would respond to us with a bad attitude like if we were asking them to do it for free. When we started with them we loved how they treated us but they changed persons and since then the customer service has been from bad to worse. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
