We didn’t like how the receptionist treated us and every time we asked to talk to tax lady to ask her questions the receptionist never let us, she would raise her voice. She would respond to us with a bad attitude like if we were asking them to do it for free. When we started with them we loved how they treated us but they changed persons and since then the customer service has been from bad to worse. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Liz is amazing! Very efficient and explains everything thoroughly. The receptionist was loud and kind of rude.
