I'm addicted to the cold plunge. The rooms are so calm and kept extra warm for after. Plunge itself is shocking but a huge feeling of relief and relaxation after. Worth every penny.
Very friendly and helpful for my first time! Started off with a complimentary CBD drink, sauna and then the hour float. It was a great experience. Super relaxing
