Went to the sauna/cold plunge with my friend on Saturday and it was a feeling we will never forget! Such a welcoming staff and cute sauna room. They also give you a time to keep track of your like in the sauna/ice bath.

Great wellness centre hidden in Willettons industrial area. Float, sauna, hot + cold therapy and cryo under one roof. The bundles and packages are great value, makes it affordable for our family budget. Thank you Altered States crew for being there for us!

Amazing relaxing place. Great clean facilities and a cute little chill out place to have a warm tea is the perfect touch can’t wait too come back.
