I’m a big fan of this store. I’ve bought many gifts & lots of decor for my home. So for me it’s so unfortunate that I bought a beaded sun catcher for my porch & it fell apart the day I hung it up. Several beads broke when they fell but I loved it so I put it back together as best I could & hung it back up. The very next day it broke again in a lower spot & again several pieces broke & some were lost in the grass. I couldn’t fix it this time. Altered Designs is definitely one of the best stores I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. From the unique, interesting variety of merchandise to the best customer service on the planet, this store has it all!!! This store is my go-to when I need any type of gift - their selection is unbeatable, they truly have something for everyone. I love to go and browse as well and have never felt any pressure at all - the relaxing, chill vibe cannot be beat!!!
Very fun store to shop. Very friendly customer service. I was looking for furniture paint (Fusion Mineral Paint)and found it there!
They were out of the item I wanted, but took down my name and number when it came back in stock a few hours later! I sent someone else to pick it up and they texted me questions to clarify my purchase. That’s GREAT customer service. Very friendly staff and unique items to purchase. Absolute cutest shop in downtown Holly!
