I heard of Altered Athletics from a friend of a friend. I had not worked out in over a year and really needed motivation and an environment where i was held accountable. This women only gym provided exactly what i needed. Small weight training groups with knowledgeable female coaches got me feeling great again.and was the jump start I needed. I would recommend.
